The ADD EXPERIENCE is a 2-day adventure packed with the joys, challenges and rewards of the art du déplacement (ADD), also known as parkour or freerunning. Learn to master your movements with world experts, including THREE of the very founders of the discipline!

A sport, an art, a discipline - A unique social event!

The ADD EXPERIENCE is intended for pratictionners of ALL levels, including first-timers. It is not a competition, but a a convivial and rewarding workshop. Discover a (super) fun (but equally demanding!) training method that tackles strength, endurance, coordination, agility, balance and creativity. Art du déplacement also represents strong values such as bravery, resilience, dignity and respect. See for yourself why so many around the globe now swear by this discipline! It is also a great way to make friends and visit a town such as the romantic Quebec City.

The package for the whole weekend includes access to all activities, a snack, a pass for a regular class at the ADD Academy (20$ worth, non-convertible, to be used within two months after the event) and some other goodies!

Yann Hnautra is one of the founders of the famous Yamakasi group, and thereby one of the very pioneers of the discipline. Internationally renowned actor and athlete, Yann is, with Chau Belle, one of the driving forces behind the ADD Academy in France, and one of the founders of Majestic Force.

Laurent Piemontesi is also one of the founders of Yamakasi, and is one of the pioneers that has been most active in the transmission of art du déplacement and in the development of its pedagogical approach. Involved in many artistic projects, Laurent lives in Italy and teaches all around the world.

Williams Belle, Chau's brother and David's cousin, is also one of the founders of Yamakasi. Movement expert, he has continued his explorations throughout the years, from rock-climbing to dance and martial arts. It is a rare and immense honor to be able to meet three of the very founders of ADD!

Several other instructors and experts will be there, including Cameron Pratto, cofounder of Urban Movement in Texas, Kaï Ifrit (Pascal Lecurieux), one of Montreal's most experienced, Charles Robert, who recently launched LokiMotion in Quebec, and of course the team from the ADD Academy of Quebec, a non-profit organization that is a provincial reference when it comes to parkour and ADD. As with every edition of the ADD Experience, we are working hard to set up a most memorable program!

DATE: Sat-Sun, September 5-6, 2015.

SCHEDULE: From 10am à 4:30pm on both days (arrive at least 30 minutes early). There will be a lunch-break.

LOCATIONS: We always make sure to pick inspiring, unique and yet easily accessible locations. This year:

> Saturday: Port de Québec (Espace 400e). Outdoors.

> Sunday: Parc de la Jeunesse and the surroundings of St-Charles River (we will meet at the Centre récréatif St-Roch, 230 rue du Pont). Outdoors and indoors.
